This covers everything in the Basic tier plus multi-page design, integrations, and advanced animations. Fill it out completely — we build from this.

Your tier: Intermediate ($2,500 build + $80/mo Managed Hosting). Up to 5 pages, custom cursor, parallax, page transitions, AI chatbot, CMS, Calendly integration, analytics. Delivered in 1-2 weeks. Post-launch updates, tweaks and new features are billed hourly at $150/hr AUD (no retainer — you only pay when you actually change something). Full pricing.

We don't write copy. Provide all text, organised by page. Use a Google Doc if easier and paste the link.
The single line a visitor reads first. Punchy, specific, not generic.

Tagline, about blurb, services overview, testimonials, CTA. The full homepage copy.
Each service: name, description, pricing (if applicable).

Media & assets

Your tier includes sourcing up to 10 stock images if needed.
Google Drive / Dropbox link. Product photos, team shots, location, whatever you have.
YouTube/Vimeo URLs, or file links. Video embedding is included in your tier.
We can source up to 10 stock images. Describe what you need: "people working in an office", "construction site", etc.

Integrations

Your tier includes Calendly, CMS, and analytics integration.
If you use Calendly (or similar), paste the URL. We embed it on your site.
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter — list all.
Mailchimp, HubSpot, Xero, Shopify, Zapier, Slack notifications, custom CRM — anything we should plug into.

AI Chatbot (included)

Your tier includes a Gemini-powered AI chatbot that answers customer questions 24/7. Trained on your business info below.
How it works. A small chat bubble sits in the corner of every page. Visitors ask questions ("Do you service my area?", "What's your pricing?"). The chatbot answers using only the knowledge you give us below — it never makes things up. Built on Google Gemini Flash; costs pennies per month on our side.
Everything the bot should know: service areas, hours, pricing, FAQs, delivery terms, what you DON'T do, how to reach you. Paste a brain-dump or Google Doc link. The more detail, the smarter the bot.
How should it talk? "Friendly and casual, like a mate", "professional and brief", "warm mum-and-dad family business".

Shopping cart & payments (optional)

Intermediate tier includes a Stripe-powered shopping cart for digital products and simple physical goods.
Your customers’ card data never touches our servers. We use Stripe Checkout hosted — card numbers, CVCs, and billing details go straight from your customer’s browser to Stripe. Our builds are PCI DSS SAQ A, the lowest merchant compliance tier. You’ll need to create a Stripe account (free, ~15 minutes). Payouts land in your nominated bank account; we don’t touch your revenue.
List each product with name, price (AUD), and a 1-sentence description. Leave blank if you chose “No” above.
