Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you use our services, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and project details submitted through our contact forms or discovery call bookings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to deliver our services, respond to inquiries, and improve our offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is tracked. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, AI language model providers). These services have their own privacy policies governing data handling. Key third-party services include:

6. AI Chatbot Data

If your website includes an AI chatbot feature, messages submitted by website visitors are transmitted to a third-party AI provider (e.g. Google) for processing. XXIautomate does not store, log, or retain chat transcripts. We have no access to historical chat conversations once they leave the visitor's browser session. The AI provider's privacy policy governs how chat data is handled on their infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

We retain client project data (briefs, assets, source code) for the duration of the engagement plus 30 days after termination. After this period, all client data is permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's default settings.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at xxiautomate@gmail.com. We will respond within 14 business days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

10. Contact

For privacy-related inquiries, contact xxiautomate@gmail.com.
